Meer Campbell, a new character in the new series called Gundam SEED Destiny, a continatuation of Gundam SEED. Meer Cempbells is an energentic fangirl who is a huge fan of Lacus Clyne and Athrun Zala. She decided to help Gilbert to impersonate Lacus Clyne in order to help the people of PLANT from repeating the previous war.

Her character itself has a meaning as well. Like Lacus, who was an angel of guidance and her songs prays for both the Co-orindators and the Natural to live in a place where there is no war. Meer herself is the opposite. Her reconstructed, Pop style "Shizukana Yoru ni" are not the Co-ordinator's prayers but instead it is possible that her style of singing is a warning of greif and destruction in the future (like a foreshadow).

Meer means well by volunteering to help her people (even if her character was based off of Azreal ^^;;) but she also have a very weak heart. By impersonating Lacus, she feels that she could do something than just the normal Meer Campbell. It will be very interesting to see how her characters develope in the near future ^^
